We want to Reward your AE loyalty by offering you Rewards Coupons, based on a Points system, for qualifying purchases.
How it works:
For every dollar you spend on AE products, you receive Points. Once you accumulate 250 points, you’ll receive a $5 Rewards Coupon, which you can apply to future purchases. Rewards will continue accruing at this schedule. Points are earned in this structure, based on your Customer Level:
Regular Customer: $1 spent = 1 Point
AE Club Member: $1 spent = 1.1 Points
AE Heritage Club Member: $1 spent = 1.3 Points
AE Elite Club Member: $1 spent = 1.5 Points
How do I view and use Rewards?
When you sign into the website, you’ll see the Rewards Widget in the lower-right corner of the screen. When you click on it, it will display how many Points you have accumulated. Points vest in five different levels: $5, $10, $25, $50 and $100. So, if you want to save your Rewards, you can! Redeem your Coupon in Store Rewards Widget tab. Copy the code, and apply it to “Rewards” on the check-out screen, when you make a purchase.
Do points expire?
Points expire in 180 days. They expire independently, in batches, 180 days after they are issued. Rewards Coupons expire in 30 days, after they are redeemed. Email notifications are sent when points are earned, redeemed, or about 7 days before they expire; however, there are no notifications for Rewards Coupon expirations.
How can I earn more points?
You can increase your points by joining higher Membership levels and paying attention to promotions! From time to time, we will select a certain product, or run a temporary promotion, which will allow you to earn more points. Check the website regularly!
